US healthcare startup, SaaS platform for infusion centers
Overview
Developed full-stack features for a US healthcare SaaS platform serving top infusion centers, focusing on patient scheduling, treatment workflows, medication management, and staff optimization. Worked with T3 stack (Next.js, tRPC, Prisma) ensuring end-to-end type safety, researched and implemented FHIR standards for healthcare data interoperability, and improved CI/CD pipelines for faster and more reliable release cycles.
Technologies
Responsibilities
- Develop healthcare platform frontend using Next.js with complex multi-step forms, scheduling UIs, and real-time updates
- Build full-stack features with T3 stack (tRPC, Prisma) ensuring type-safe API communication from database to UI
- Design database schemas for complex healthcare data including patients, appointments, treatments, medications, and staff schedules
- Research and implement FHIR standards for healthcare data exchange and interoperability with external systems
- Integrate LaunchDarkly feature flags for controlled rollouts, A/B testing, and gradual feature releases to clinics
- Implement comprehensive Playwright end-to-end tests covering critical user workflows and regression testing
- Optimize frontend performance and bundle size through code splitting, lazy loading, and asset optimization
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines reducing build time and Docker image size for faster deployments
